Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Qingyunti VPN (the "Service Provider") regarding the download, installation, access to, and use of the App.

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the App without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App and its related branding belong to the Service Provider. We may adjust features, service scope, or pricing where permitted by law, and we will communicate material changes through applicable channels. You are responsible for maintaining device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking, rooting, or otherwise weakening device protections may cause the App to malfunction or increase security risk.

The Service may rely on necessary third-party components or services, including tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those components may also be subject to the relevant third-party terms and policies.

The App requires a stable network connection, including Wi-Fi or mobile data, to function properly. If the service is unavailable because of unpaid device bills, data limits, poor signal quality, or roaming restrictions, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting interruption. Before using the App, please make sure you have authorization from the person responsible for network charges.

You remain responsible for how you use the Service. For example, interruptions caused by a drained battery, device malfunction, shared credentials, or other non-server-side conditions are not covered by compensation. Although we try to keep route information and documentation accurate, some information may come from third parties, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses that result from reliance on such information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install new versions when reasonably necessary. The Service Provider may also suspend or terminate part or all of the App without prior notice where permitted by law.
